k:SPA-set up in November 2008 with a bright and enthusiastic owner whose client skills are second to none.

The cheery welcome in comfortable surroundings immediately puts customers at ease and prepares them for a pleasant experience (even if the treatments are painful!).

The staff reflect the owner's philosophy of 'keeping the customer happy' by playing relaxing music in rooms with plenty of space and privacy and by being extremely good at their jobs.

Nothing is too much for them. Even my allergy to perfume is remembered. I have been treated by 3 different members of staff, all to an equally high standard and have no causes for concern.

The monthly treatment offers and discount scheme (paying in advance for six treatments and getting one free) is a bonus.

This is a salon that I hope has an extremely good future.
